Established on 3rd May in 1919.

The
first club stadium was situated on the right bank of the river of Danube
in Petržalka, but Germans occupied this part of Bratislava in 1938. In
1942 the city built a new stadium -Tehelne Pole. In 1993 it was rebuilt
for Fifa conditions. (places for sitting). Now the capacity of stadium is
about 30 087 places for sitting. This stadium is of course the stadium for
international matches.

ŠK Slovan Bratislava was first Slovak club, which
played in European Master Cup. Today it is called a League of Masters.
