Milan Jurčo (1957)

·        The best Slovak time trailer in the history.

·        The best Slovak time trailer in the history.

·        The Champion of Czechoslovakia in time trial.

·        The World champion (bronze 1981) and The World champion (silver 1983).

·        Since 1987 he left the career of amateur sportsman and integrated to professionals.

·        3rd place at Giro d’ Italia.

·        On the break through of the 70-ties and 80-ties, professional foreign teams displayed the interest of him, but the social society disabled the trade with sportsmen to abroad, therefore he began to think about emigration, but at last he stayed home.

·        The active career- finished in 1991.

In 1996 he created the cycling club ŠK Tatranské orly for talented children

Matej Jurčo (1984)

·        A son of Milan Jurčo.

·        In 2002 he won as the first Slovak in history the World cup and on the world championship he achieved the 5th place in the single race and the 10th place in time trial.

·        The holder of the title of 2002.

·        Junior world champion and Europe champion in winter triathlon.

·        Since September 2003 he is performing in the Italian team De Nardi Colpack.
