A VISIT  OF  THE  THEATRE

CAGE OF MADMANS

Well four seasons playing theatre Nová scéna slovak version of the world-known musical Klietka bláznov (Cage of Madmans). The director is Jozef Bednárik and the choreographer is Ján Durovčík. We - students of our school but also students from Romania, Spain and the Netherlands saw this performance.

Theme is homosexuality and but it is presentation whith charmand attractiveness, that couldn´t and can´t touch anyone. The musical isn´t a parody. The plot is about, when son one of the owner introduced his future wife and her highly - placed and respected parents. Hurriedly he had to destroy traces of not good reputation of the TAVERN, where they work, but also both fathers, who live like common-law husband and common-law wife. The musical version enndes the original play with interesting rhythm typical for french cabaret. Jozef Bednárik cost un for gettable Csongor Kassai in the role of Zaza, were other actors Eva Máziková and Viktor Horján.

Everybody likes this performance and we had very great time. But the foreign students had a big advantage, because they didn´t understood, but they entertained quite good.
